I ordered a record from Hastings online. Its currently on a US tour and their customer service is dismissive and crappy. I thought I would share my latest email to them as a way of coping with this injustice. Now the package went to the right city and got sent back to New Jersey as undeliverable. The address I put on the order is correct. When you shipped the order you added a 0 to the end of the zip code. Perhaps that is enough to baffle the normally sharp witted folks at the post office? In any case, I as the customer, did my part. I paid for the order and used the correct address. Now I sit and wait until the 11th so I can ask about my order. Your policy of just wait a long time and see if it shows up is not competitive with other online music retailers. I guess Amazon has more of a reputation to defend since people know they exist. I would complain on social media, but people would ask what I was going to do next, order some jeans from County Seat online or some stretch pants from Units.
