I ordered an item on Nov. 30th after a week it had not been marked shipped. I contacted the seller and asked her for the tracking number and she marked it shipped and said sorry I thought I marked that shipped. But, she gave me no tracking number. I ask her again for the tracking number no response. On Dec. 13th I opened a case requesting a refund. She replied that she will give the refund when I return the item. WTH? I dont have the item and she is offering no proof that she sent it. When can I escalate this case and how? By the way the total price is like $6 for the item & shipping. I dont know why people risk their reputation for $6 and provide no proof the item was shipped and no refund. Such bad business.
