Hence Im now putting on my status page and have reset it for public viewing. Attention to Brisbane Sweet Sixteen quitlers or if you are thinking of buying a S16 - Im so excited! I bought my S16 fifteen months ago and today for the first time ever Ive been able sit down, check the tension, and sew, sew, sew - easily. All this because of an Brisbane angel called Greg of Capabala, who I met at Cooparoo Quilt show. Fifteen months of grief over! On last Thursday a neighbour put my S16 into my car and over I went to Capabala. There Greg not only did he reset my machine correctly (and we think it may have not been set correctly in the first place), he spent four hours with getting me to use the machine. Wow, wow, wow! If anybody wants to know Gregs phone number pm me - Greg is not only an engineer and sewing machine mechanic, he is a quilter as well. How good is that, eh. And no, I am not on commission - I just want other S16 quilters to be happy as they quilt their little hearts out. PS: Greg is from Pleasuresew, Capalaba, here in Brisbane, Australia.
