I overheard a freshmen talk to his friend today about why he decided to go to a year of school before serving his mission. He originally planned to serve after high school, but halfway through the paperwork felt he wasnt ready. I thought that was really cool of him to realize that, and its good to remember for all young men that the lowered age requirement doesnt mean young men need to serve at 18, for many 19 or 20 is whats right for them.
