I owe 9k in arrears (apparently) I had 3yrs where I wasnt working, and wasnt claiming benefits yet was being charged £45 pw regardless so £160 pm so £1920 a year which is £5750 of that gone.... Now Ive asked them to take me to court for 4yrs of which they wont even though its circumstantial evidence and not factual evidence.... Now Ive had my son regularly for years until Csa found me and said my ex has opened a case against me I even took him to Spain of which theyve said that they disbelieve what Ive said.. Unfortunately for the Csa the courts are stopping all involvement with Csa as too many issues so there will not be any prison time or passports or drivers licences taken away.... But they still want 40% of my wages even though Ive 4 other children..... Have any of you been through this sort of thing and if so and advice????? IM NOT A DODGER BUT SOMEONE THAT WONT BE RIPPED OFF BY CSA....UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO EQUAL RIGHTS WITH CSA
