I owe my husband and official and public apology. Jack Breckenridge; I should have listened to you when you kept warning me that I was looking shaky and like I was in pain. I also should have listened when I started crashing the Walmart driving cart into things because I was no longer able to focus. Lastly, and to top it all off I should have bought you a gift while you were supporting my insanity while being out, like a new XBOX 360 game to use to get your mind off of your wife that may have taken 10 steps forward before the poor decisions of yesterday, sent me spiraling back miles. The pain numbers are sucking today! The focus is absolutely impossible, (10 mins to post a Facebook update), I am so stinking stiff and swollen that an ice pack, once again, has become my accessory or the day. So from this point forward I promise to: 1. rest. 2. Take my meds 3. Place ice packs for 10 mins every hour 4. Take walks around the house every hour 5. And lastly, to listen to my husband when he says P. J. You are pushing too hard please back down and rest I love you husband of mine and I truly do trust you with my post on care.
