I personally believe that Wendal Jones did not have a payment arrangement with BEC; I believe that perhaps Jones had an arrangement with the PLP government who owns/manages BEC. Due to our political system and procedures, the latter arrangement supersedes the prior. That being said, it was wrong for the Guardian to use Jones communication as a scapegoat in order to get at Leslie Miller.
