I personally believe that our generation of academics who either subscribe to or accept the possibility of the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics, as it relates to the objective reality of universal wavefunction, reached this conclusion atleast in part as a result of being members of a generation of kids reading Crisis on Infinite Earths and multiverse comics, which posed alternative realities. Thats right, our theories on whether or not the cat in the box is dead, alive, or both are likely based upon our emotional reaction to whether a comic writer killed off the Flash. #manyworlds #Schrödinger #cat #theflash #quantummechanics
