I personally dont think parents do enough to prevent children being on psychotropic meds. I have discourse with parents with children on meds pretty regularly and they all stick up for giving these kids mind altering substances that interfere with normal growth and development while at the same time ruining their livers. Why is this? Because it is the easiest option, requires little thought, wont require a lifestyle or parenting style change and affords them to do what they want to with a child that is practically a vegetable.
