I personally think you have to be a very selfish moron to take chances with other peoples lives when you text and drive. Its like going to a party and somebody pulls out a loaded revolver and waves it around in a crowded room. We can now video record people texting while driving and turn it in as evidence to the police where they can use it to issue you a severe ticket. Just mount a camera on the dash, and let it record.
