I personally want to do an intensive research study on how girls and women in today’s society can regain their self-confidence and how we can build a strong immune system against what is on the media. Since we cannot or it’s difficult to change how media brainstorms us with these qualities and images. But we can surely work on our own attitudes, perceptions on how we see things and add on the cause and consequences bit, along with cognitive and emotions related to it. Various case studies, examples from all around the world can be made publicly known (of course upon the person’s consent) this will at least explain a lot. It will also empower many girls and women around the world and will help many come out of the “lost loop”, that’s how I would like to call it. Or prevent many from falling into the loop of this never ending indulgence or addiction!
