I picked some pretty difficult fruit to eat this week. I love pomegranates, especially when theyre on sale for super cheap and in season! But I LOATHE trying to eat them. I cant think of a more labor intensive fruit to eat (can you?). Here I am, peeling the seeds out one by one, making a huge mess and staining my hands in the process, which took 20 minutes by the way. Not worth it! But theyre SO good! So I turned to YouTube to find out if there was an easier way to eat a pomegranate....AND there is! Enter my new favorite life hacker: the Crazy Russian! I watched the video and got my pomegranate seeded and ready to eat in about 3 minutes with much less mess and no staining! Youve GOT to check this guy out!
