I played sports in high school which meant I stayed active well once I quit playing I began to gain weight. I finally decided that I did not like the way I looked or felt so I made the decision to purchase the insanity after seeing all those commercials. I also tried a 7 day starter pack of Shakeology and I now drink a shake a day which gives me energy that I did not have before. I got involved in a challenge group that gave the motivation to stick with the program to change my life.
