This is our physical state. The lives we lead are by our own choices. Whether you believe in God or some other higher being, we are here for a purpose and we were created to be purposeful. Life is hard, yes, but to live day to day and to make good choices,spending time with others and helping others is what creates fulfillment. We talk about our parents passing or a sibling or best friend. They brought happiness, knowledge, and legacies in their own right.
