I post about this over and over and will continue to do it until people GET IT. I am so frustrated by the constant Im down 10 lbs in two weeks, I lost 1.7 lbs this weigh in, (and most irritating....), with (unnamed stupid additive) Ive lost 12 lbs in 10 days!!. People. Stop with the constant weigh ins!!! 1.7 lbs? Really.... I bet if you drank 32 oz of water and ate another meal and weighed again, youd be right back up that 1.7 lbs! The obsession with the scale is ridiculous. You MUST STOP!! Instead, WORK HARD. COMMIT, STAY CONSISTENT and see how you FEEL! Gauge your success on factors of importance... energy level, strength increase, clearer cognition, going down a size in jeans, ability to do more with less effort. All of you gyms, programs, stupid supplements, that teach people that weight loss is first gauge for success are NOT helping people long term. Stop the madness!!!
