I post some pretty paradoxical stuff for being prior service. Thing is, I completely respect those that keep things from degenerating into lawlessness. However, civil law enforcement in this century is going to take a completely different thought process than the one we train with today. Computers track human bias far beyond any measure of statistical error. Its not going to be cheap, or easy. But perhaps it would be a better purchase than more sports cars and tacticool gear at vastly increased expense to the taxpayer. I mean, look at what they make the postal service drive... and thats if they give them a vehicle at all.
