I post this in honor of my ex husband who died 4 years ago today...not only for my own healing but to honor that my daughters Kim and Gwendolyn are having a hard time today... so we met 41 years ago( wow crazy ) and married in Sept 73 and had some crazy rocky years together as two lost souls just trying to figure it out... and he loved my daughter Kim as his own and we had Gwen together and somehow stuck it out for almost 12 years... so now older me looks back on this 4th anniversary of his death and I remember that despite all the craziness we had some good times.. Thank you for all you were and could not be at that time and hope wherever this death thing has taken you that you are smiling and reading a Science Fiction novel you love.. and that you have found peace... this was your song to me for many years and I thank you ... for giving me all that you were able to at the time... and I always wish you peace and thank you for the time we shared and I have moved beyond the pain.... hope you lived long enough to do it too..we were not in contact for about 25 years except via our daughters visits and sharing with me.. I should have been better at communication with you .... after all I am so social on here with everyone else... I really hear the song now and understand and forgive you and me for not knowing any better at the time.. RIP Vince Singleton and oh yes we have another soul coming into the world soon... Kim will be having Kaleb in November and I know Kim will be missing you and wishing you were there... but I have learned enough to know that you are there and here and everywhere...
