I posted about an 80/20 life this morning. FItness is not about perfection or deprevation. Its about awareness of your self and habits that you create over time. I didnt always do the things I do now. Its been a journey and a process of my own that went in fits and spurts and final to the fully clean commitment. Everyone enters the journey froma different place and tehre is always room #onthemat for you at PYM. You dont have to do the food, you dont have to workout eveyrday. You do have to be present, aware and wanting to educate yourself and be willing to change. You have to enjoy the process and put your most positive face forward and sometimes you just have to suck it up and do what I say;) While at other times you have to go Nope, that portion of PYM is not for me right now. #betterISbetter The goal is to be as healthy as you are willing to be and to be clear on your choices, ditch the guilt, deprivation and excuses and create a better quality of life through movement and food. #lifebydesign not by default. popsugar/fitness/What-8020-Rule-32131660
