I posted in July regarding the mattress I bought from SEALY MATTRESS that is barely six months old and how I was told they wouldnt replace it because the depression was less than 1 and 1/2 even though I have springs hitting me in three different places when I lay on it. Well, SEALY saw my post and responded with a number to call to see if they could help which I thought was great (at the time.) The first time I called, I was told that they were sorry to hear that Id had a bad experience with them and that theyd work with me to resolve the situation and that someone would contact me within a couple of days. Well, guess what? No one ever called and I have since called them THREE times with promises that someone will call me back and still nothing. I stand by what I said in my previous post about Sealy. Horrible customer service and shoddy workmanship. The next call I make is going to be to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!
