(I posted similar comments under another post and I am going to repeat them here. Sorry for the redundancy.) Im still reading posts comparing other crimes and tragedies to Michael Browns shooting and seeing constant images of that damn video. And, its really irritating me. Comparing other tragedies to the Michael Brown tragedy is like comparing apples to oranges. Once again, whether Michael Brown really robbed that store or even was in that store is a non-issue. The video only surfaced as a means by which to harm Michael Browns image. The officer who killed him did not know of that allegation, which is only an allegation and still is an allegation, so again, its a moot point. No one, I repeat, no one, especially a police officer, has a right to pump six bullets into any innocent human being, and thats what he still is, whatsoever. And, that we are trying to defend, minimize and/or justify that and/or find fault in the victim is a tragedy, a sickness, and a blemish upon us as a civilization. We are supposed to be better than that. But, sadly, were not.
