I posted the sincere comments below at the end of last week, this must have prompted a SWOT “Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.” analysis meeting amongst some Dealers that I class as my competition. Bearing in mind that I didnt directly point the finger at any Dealer in particular, one of them however has created a rather defensive and semantic advert which has appeared in our local paper this week, declaring that unlike in my narrative that they really do Car’e about you, it smacks of being a little too defensive and if there is nothing to hide then why create a defense? Too little too late? I can only go by what my customers tell me and how many of their previous customers have defected and traded up to acar2go. The following are the passages that must have cut them deep…. It takes a long time to build a good and trusted reputation and comparatively little time to decimate it; When the Major League Dealers get so big they very quickly lose sight of where they started and what it was they did in the first place to get to where they are now. At acar2go we look after our customers exceptionally well after the sale as well as before and during, this is why they have no concerns about coming back to us even if there is a problem with their car. It is an unfortunate fact of life that cars do go wrong and it is an inevitable probability rather than a possibility that this eventuality will affect all vehicle owners. The difference between us and the dealers is that we will actually help you when this happens. I stand by my previous comments and state categorically that all the staff here on my Team at acar2go will continue to do exactly what we have always done for all of our customers, not just when it suits us but all of the time!
