I posted this a few days ago. Its an issue we run in to at our office from time to time. As it stands Arkansas does not have a criminal charge specifically for failing a Drug Test while pregnant. Furthermore DHS isnt allowed to open a case until the child is born. Brady Harmon has been working for several weeks to get a young lady & her unborn child help to get clean. Today his work paid off as plans were finalized for her to enter a rehab facility that accepts pregnant women & their small children. Good work Brady!
