I posted this before. I post again because tomorrow (Sunday 8/24) my softball team will be participating in this. They will hear from the daughter of an ALS victim, (aunt of one of our teammates) they will watch this video and they will participate in 3 stations that simulate what its like to live with ALS. (Large Marshmallows in mouth to simulate difficulty speaking, eating ice cream with a spoon that has a 10 pound weight tied to it and adjusting a rear view mirror with a 20 pound weight strapped to heir arm. We will as a team make a donation to ALS which has taken 2 friends of my family and an aunt from one of our players. For those haters, why? Why knock something that has raised millions for research? Look for the good in all things and there is a lot of good to see in this even though it may be mildly annoying to your FB scanning. We always ask for positive news. This is it. Keep it going!
