I posted this combo on Instagram and a slow mo pic of the sit to Scorpio drop. Am posting it here again for those that dont have IG. End of the vid is the slow motion for the sit to Scorpio drop. I recommend using a crash mat -First sit with legs slightly scissored then lean over towards the lower leg. The two arms will push against the pole during the slide down to the drop. The top arm the pole is against the back of the arm, and the lower arm will slide on the pole from hand towards armpit. There will be an instant where u will be in a sort of cradle where the grip is along your arms, belly and thigh. Then hook the lower leg and go into Scorpio Do with no spin then once u get it u can do on spinny.
