Jeremy and his business partner Jeremy Bonia are co-owners of Raymonds, a fine dining restaurant downtown St. Johns. Raymonds was voted Best New Restaurant in Canada the year it opened and is considered one of the finest in Canada. Jeremy has gained numerous accolades and much respect throughout Canada and internationally thanks to his humble nature and his ability to intertwine his passion for his craft, and for Newfoundland, by using a vast array of fresh ingredients from our provinces oceans, lakes, land and skies.
