I posted this on my personal account but Im putting it here as well. Why? Because Im a big movie fan, and this one hit home, and I have a lot in common with many people here so maybe some of you guys feel the same way. I watch these guys on AMC Movie Talk every day and I was brought to tears with their Robin Williams episode. I remember when I was in SJC (my school) and a few friends and myself went to MovieTowne and all there was to see was Star Trek, some chick flick, and One Hour Photo. We were torn. I wanted Star Trek and they wanted chick flick. We compromised and bought tickets for One Hour Photo. His performance in that movie left such a mark on me. I still remember the cold blue tones of the film, the long stretches of silence, and his characters deep loneliness and suffering. When we left the theatre I joked along with them and called it an awful, depressing movie, but secretly, I loved it. Id never seen him like that before. What an amazing performance. Maybe, his best.
