I posted this on my regular page, and really needed to get this over here. My Christmas dinner: -Lobster tails (huge) with clarified butter -Pan-grilled ribeye steak with Moroccan sea salt and cracked pepper -Old Bay steamed shrimp with (homemade) cocktail sauce -Artichoke (steamed with lemon and bay leaf) with smoked oyster and bleu cheese dipping sauce -Steamed asparagus with lemon -Roasted potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, Himalayan pink salt, and cracked pepper -Prosecco -Carrot cake It was all perfect! I mean...everything was cooked to perfection. Just right. A tiny bit left over of the lobster and shrimp, and I was going to make an omelet, but I changed my mind. More on that later!
