I posted what I thought was a constructive comment earlier. Ill try it in a new way. Impolite discussion will be removed ASAP. How do we, as a culture, get past this situation re: the two deaths, in Fergusson and Staten Island? Clearly, body cams wont solve it, as we have video, and if the DA chooses (as I feel in Garners case) to not effectively try to get the Grand Jury to convict, it goes unpunished. For decades, urban areas have been trying to get female and minority officers to help garner trust in communities where it is sorely lacking. For whatever reason, there never seems to be enough applicants. Im honestly looking for suggestions that might actually work.
