I pray that fresh high school and young professional men and women come to conviction that God is still calling devoted, passionate, humble, brilliant, serious, articulate, loving and energetic Christian Union young people to full time ministry as pastors. Our theological institutions are flooded with upgrades, we no longer have much of enthusiastic young people from high schools seeking ministry. In these days when everyone else is saying business, computer science, medicine, engineering, finance and banking, human resource management etc it is still possible to say with my A I want to be a pastor. I know God calls us to different professions but I still belong to the old school which says if God calls you to be a Pastor do not stoop to be a President. My high school chaplain taught me this and I still believe it!
