I pray that the choir director in this clip would beforehand give this Pastor the list of the songs that they are going to sing. That way Pastor can give his imput days BEFORE the service. Respect and honor goes a long way, even from leadership. This was not good leadership practice..I personally thought it was rude of the Pastor and to think that he tried to get the congregation to agree with him... The oneness between the Pastor and the music ministry is CRUCIAL. The level of anointing on the music ministry of the house, should be on the same level as the Pastor. The words of the songs from the choir or devotional leader should confirm what is being preached, AND what Holy Spirit is doing in that given hour. Therefore the music director should walk in the spirit of discernment. I thank God for our Music ministry at Bethel Deliverance International Church .They are definitely flowing in the direction and vision that God has given our Pastor Bishop Eric Lambert, Jr...Thank you Robert W Brickhouse and the entire Bethel Music Ministry for your labor of love.
