I prayed a bold prayer that if one day God should allow me to be rich that I wanna feed the poor. When someone is holding a sign I do not think twice that they are in need. Lately my heart cries out to those who are poor because I see them everyday and I cant seem to do anything about it but pray for them. I sat down with someone who was holding a sign once and he explained to me that he is where he is at now because he gave up on Himself and people, and people also gave up on Him. He said, I feel shameful holding a sign begging but at least its better than me stealing. I bought him a meal and a gift card for more meals in hopes He will feel Gods love for Him. I also prayed for Him and for God to keep an eye on him. I know I cant bring Him out of the situation but I know God is in control and loves him so much. Please think twice before judging someone holding a sign or someone who is homeless. You can come up with whatever rationale you want about why they are poor but the truth is Only God can judge them.
