I prefer to set New Years goals rather than make New Years - TopicsExpress

I prefer to set New Years goals rather than make New Years resolutions. The beginning of a new year is a great time to think about the year to come and plan ahead.Set things in motion that bring you closer to what you love, want and need. We can all commit to a goal and work hard for it and so we should. Remember though that sometimes things change and thats ok. Life happens. Injuries, illness, children, work. Work through it and know thats part of the path. I posted about this in last years goal setting blog post (awesome video in here: fitbeauties.ca/setting-goals-for-2014/ ) and I experienced it this past year with having to set aside my goal of competing in September in SAF because my health concerns took priority. As I reflect I realize that even though I wasnt feeling well and somethings were set aside I still consistently made improvements. I still dragged my butt to the gym and ate beautifully nutritious food most of the time. I still worked hard, loved hard, blogged more and read more and lived my life with soul. This post Im sharing talks about it too. Better fitness, health & nutrition is all about consistency. It doesnt need to be all out or balls to the wall for results. You just need to be consistent. Have a read and Happy New Year Beauties!! xoxoxo
