I promised Nicholas Mcphee that I would post this video of a Danish boy jumping from a ledge at the La Pajcha waterfall located a couple of hours from Samaipata, Bolivia where our hotel is located. I walked to the ledge after he jumped, thinking I would give it a go. I changed my mind when I stood there on that extremely slippery precipe, viewing the rocks just below, underwater. One had to leap far out into the deepest water to prevent a bloody injury! The tons of water crashing in a roar all around didnt help either. The video has no sound but you can see how exhilerated he was afterwards. His friend accomplished the same jump. I never saw nor heard of anyone doing this feat before or after.
