I promised my friends and colleagues that were once inside a prison and on death row, that I would do something to allow their voices to always ring through my heart and ambitious behavior. Today city hall was just a inch to silent. The aldermen speaking so gentle. I fought it, I literally had to put on GHETTO!!! to ensure that all who attended would have a sit in Chambers. When our cause to gain reparations for all torture survivors was called, it was silent. I could hear Darby Tillis saying get them. I reason in my mind saying, but Darby, Joe is now a Alderman. I could hear Darby say, get their ass! Let them know you was hear!!!. I likewise could hear Sage Smith, who is soft mannered, say; man just chill. But Sage can I just holler once!?, He looks and smile! Knowing everyone is about to hear my mouth. Thats when I get a call in my ear. Its Stanley Wrice sending a text of encouragement. As I have once wrote, from Chicago,, to Flint Farmer, to Mike Brown, to Eric Gardner, to all the women across this world who are victimize by and through oppression, repression, hardship, to hell, we must rise as a people to gain some sense of integrity from our police, courts, and elected officials. This is not a nation of accident who are shooting down our kids as if they are wild animals, beating and torturing citizens of all ages, race, and gender, railroading people to prisons while allowing many to be slowly led to the slaughter on death row whom the people scream are innocent, while incarceration hinders them of their basic liberties to be able to function in a society that have done them also injustice through incarceration without rehabilitation. In most of our prisons it can be against the policies of a certain Correctional facility to allow inmates basic learning books. We have settled for prison officials to deliver mail to inmates all across this country two or three weeks late. As I stand on the battle field, it is certainly not just for myself, nor any gain, its done for the people to hopefully recognize how to give back and to stand up for someone else. What we have gain will be left to our children and grandchildren. What is a good inheritance, I say it must be equality and library for all.
