I promised myself I would do 1 mile and I ended up doing almost 1 1/2. I am in Massachusetts and its actually supposed to snow tomorrow, so I forced myself to get out today. Historically I am a runner, and Ive had to except the last few years I cannot do what I used to do. I have good days, bad days, and worse days. I try to stay positive most of the time, and I thank you guys for helping me do that! You share, I read, and I am able to understand things better and share back things that I never would have this time last year or the year before. Ex: posting videos. What!?!? Who wants to see this face?!? But just as I feel 10 times better knowing someone else is thinking or feeling the same thing I am, Id like to hope that I am doing that for someone else as well.
