I promised to brief the citizens on the screening exercise of the PDP aspirants from North Central zone taking place st PDP Legacy House, Maitama Abuja. I am more concern with that of my State, Niger. According to a reliable source, the anointed, endorsed (after Istihara - prophesy) by the outgoing governor, one Umar Nasko, was cleared after a hottest argument by the members of the screening panel. The question is on what basis have they arrived at their decision despite the brief on same person from the intelligence community and various press and social media revelations? I understand the outgoing governor had to call the Chairperson of the committee to reverse a consensus decision that Umars case be referred to the NWC for resolution. Bribery on the offing?
