I promised you a big announcement regarding my calendar - and here it is! I am thrilled to announce that Im teaming up with WROC-TV and Tops Markets to support Foodlink with proceeds from the sale of the 2015 Montanus Photography Calendar. The Montanus Photography calendar was first produced in 2011 as a collaboration between two old friends and high school classmates, Jamie Montanus and Bill Ryan of Ryan Printing in Hilton, NY. As the calendar grew in popularity each year, Bill and I wanted to support a local charity with the proceeds of the sales. Since we both believe deeply in the mission of Foodlink of Rochester, it was an easy choice for us. We are excited to team up with WROC-TV and Tops Markets to support the Food for Families campaign this year. No less than 70% of the purchase price of the calendars will go directly to support Foodlinks mission. The calendar is going to press Monday and Ill have lots more information to follow about where you can get your copy. In the meantime, its probably too late to change anything at this point, but here were all the photos I was considering for a shot to represent some surrounding communities.
