I pulled up in a handicap parking spot to pick up my son who I could see cashing out at Rite Aid on Kirkville Rd. as the storm was coming. I believe he was the last one in the store as it was closing time. I was approzched by annold man who flashed a badge that I could clearly see said "family member" on it. The man informed me that I was in the spot illegally. Last I knew impersonating an officer was "Illegal". I yelled out, "Nice badge"! as it caught me off guard. He was driving what looked to be a gray SUV. It caught me off guard. I wish I had gotten his plate. I will know him if I see him again, and I will be ready. So pissed right now. Next time he will get his a** kicked. What a no life loser.
