I put my arms around my husband and Peter Rolfs and I prayed about this day together. We were praising Him through the storm today. At one point Pete was in terrible pain , being bombarded with needles and too much information. I could see he felt overwhelmed and I felt helpless. He looked at me and I felt compelled to say its okay just breath Be still and know that I am God Psalm 46:10 and he began to calm and breath. He has been so incredibly brave today in the face of all the things being done to him and difficult conversations. I am so proud of him! We know God has his arms wrapped around us and we know he will be with us no matter what tomorrow brings. We have truly felt the power and peace in all the prayers being said on our behalf today. My head is racing now but my heart is full of gratitude! Please know that even though my thank you s have had to be general today. I have noticed each and every loving comment and passed everything on to Peter.
