I put this to a mate. Shew, no response??? This cannot go without challenge. No m Lady. Victor Baptista named and alleged that Advocate Gerrie Nel is a Plonker. This cant be Bappy. It cant be. (My head boy my head boy). I will put it to you, Mr Nel is one of the most experienced prosecutors in SA. He was destined to be head of the NPA until the spooks supporting JZ had him arrested because he knows too much about JZ, the NPA and the spooks. (Luckily that happened because he is back on the Court floor, where he is best). You showed support for Adv Barry Roux. He is brilliant... BUT... he is defending a difficult version. In my unlearned opinion, he and the team are screwing up. Barry Oldwadge has a personal issue with the prosecutor. Does not assist the defence case. Very clear during cross examination. Today we saw Heads of Argument. If a soccer match in my opinion, Nel - 3 | Roux - 1. Gerrie Nel was calm and put the States case in the court record with absolute concise clear evidence lead. I put it to you Mr Vic Baptista, That you have no case! BUT I still dig you old mate! :-))
