According to the Law these officers have every right to shoot and kill this young man. They didnt. Hes less that a foot away... No Shots Fired. He threw over 23 punches... NO SHOTS FIRED. Hes charging the Police... NO SHOTS FIRED. At no point in this video do officers even reach for LETHAL force.
