I ran a series of experiments. I did the calculation. Iegor said it was wrong. I defended it. Not convinced by his argument, I presented my data anyway. My advisor said it was wrong. I didnt believe my advisors ass either, so again I defended it. Ive been puzzled since yesterday about how my calculation could be incorrect, so much so I was about to dialogue with my advisor via e-mail about it. Hes awake. He would have responded. BUT my A-HA moment JUST came - they were correct. My sister called me egotistical and proud. *shes right* He told me to find his angle - get in his head. *in progress* I think Im sensitive and CANNOT HANDLE being wrong. I feel much more at ease now knowing WHY Im wrong, having figured it out myself, though me and self-doubt will be besties a little while longer. No shade to Toe. This work has challenged me so much I just want to be a barista once I leave.
