I ran across an ad in a magazine I was reading for a prescription drug that says it may help lower your A1C with diet and exercise. I cannot begin to pronounce the ingredients. The possible side effects listed are: stuffy or runny nose. sore throat, cough and diarrhea. It also says in the ad, Serious side effects can happen to people taking _________, including inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis) which may be severe and lead to death. Sounds great doesnt it! My first thought was that Plexus Slim helps lower your A1C and it has mine and others that I know! The reported side effects are: decreased appetite and cravings for sugar and carbs, better sleep, more energy, relief from headaches and other pain, no more afternoon slumps. Those are just the top of the list! I think I will stick with my Plexus Slim, thank you very much!
