I ran across this a month or so ago when Mary Beth Hardesty-Crouch posted it. Noah, who swims more in a day than I walk in a week, needed more protein and fruit in his diet. Sawyer, who is always in motion, doesnt even like to eat breakfast. I told Clyde I was going to make it, selling it as such a healthy breakfast. He brilliantly advised I re-market that if I wanted the kids to eat it. I call it an athletes breakfast. Noah eats it every morning, and Sawyer enjoys it a few times a week. Super easy, super healthy, done the night before. Their favorite is the strawberry. Thanks, Mary Beth!
