I ran over my neighbors cat in my driveway today. It could be perceived as intentional considering I have been battling with said neighbor for over a year over her cats constantly shitting on my lawn but in the heat of the moment it happened... so to retaliate she broke all my neighbors windows, stole some shit and torched a few cars on our block in protest- nothing of mine was damaged even though I am the one who ran it over, but our whole neighborhood except for my house is in ruins.... was she justified because I always hated her cats and would trap them and take them to kitty jail and they would get out and shit on my lawn again and the cycle would continue?....... This didnt really happen but it is an analogy for rioting and looting. If this did happen in my neighbors eyes it would be like running over her kid and since i have a history of hating her kids of course I would look more culpable and more premeditated.... but destroying everyones property around me and harming her own community did nothing to me; in fact the cops are soo busy trying to control the damage she left they cant even investigate my crime until the immediate emergency is under control. So despite my history of bigotry and hatred toward her cats I will likely have no reprecussions or at least not for years to come. And she looks like such a bat shit crazy person no one is even concerned about me- sure they are pissed my house is still in order and im out watering my lawn during a drought ....but who they all want to see pay is the lady who actually premeditated to destroy all their stuff. Just because no one really liked those cats anyway that is not why they dont care- no they dont care because they are all scrambling to fix their homes and pay for the damages and probably wish I would have run all her cats over and her too. End rant.
