I rarely add strangers on Facebook. Most people I send friend request to are family and friends I know personally. When I do add strangers, its because they impress me with their intelligence, accomplishments and mostly because they are like minded - they can take what I post on Facebook. The main reason I dont add strangers is because I write controversial stuff on Facebook and I know many people dont like what I write hence me saving them trouble. Lately many people who sent me friend request demand that I dont write and dont even think about writing anything that offends them. Hello, it was not me who implored you to add me and inbox me. You did. I cannot mince my words to comfort your ignorance. Just because you will be offended, I cannot censor my thoughts to please you. Thats not my job and thats not how I roll. I cannot please everyone so I might as well please myself. I like dialectics on Facebook because I learn new things from debating. Ironically the same persons who call me a keyboard warrior, stupid, useless and other names (solely on the base that I disagree with them) are the ones who are most affected by my posts. Instead of wasting time messaging me, urging me to delete my posts, do yourselves a favour by blocking me. I dont have the time to entertain your childish petulance and neither I will delete my posts because I believe in freedom of expression. Add me at your own risk.
