I rarely complain on facebook but I am actually at the limit of my patience with Orange Mobile. I will not rehearse the saga here, which began on 24 July, but let it be known that it has given promises 7 times since that date, not one of which has been honoured, and today we have had yet another. They are polite on the phone and tell me how sorry they are but are amazingly incompetent and unreliable and have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Avoid them.
