I read Governor Babatunde Fasholas takeaway from the hugely successful World Economic Forum (Africa) and I thought it was straight, incisive and on point. I did observe something though, which I regard as deliberately withheld by Fashola. Perhaps it is his partys would-have-been ire that made him ignore it. Perhaps hes not as we think he is. After listing his take-aways which the discerning understands as indirectly acknowledging a well coordinated and executed project, he failed to say a simple WELL DONE to the Jonathan administration for making Nigeria proud. Perhaps he reasoned it would amount to an endorsement of the capabilities of this administration which his party is huffing and puffing to water down unsuccessfully. I thought I saw in Fashola a man not given to mundane things and who would apply the stick where necessary and offer a carrot when necessary. Alas, I saw wrong. And to me, that takes Fashola a notch down on the moral wall. Simple, Fashola failed the HUMILITY TEST!
