I read a little while ago that our state dept is disgracing this nation again. A soldier took up what he, & many veterans (myself included), consider a worthy cause. This soldier served in Afghanistan & alongside an afghani interpreter. This interpreter, like most, fears for his life as well as his families. He & his wife, with the help of this soldier, applied for an American visa. They were vetted, approved, & received the actual documentation. NOW, our state dept has contacted this man to inform him that they will possibly revoke his families visas. This man served alongside US servicemen...as a brother! How is it that our leadership can justify amnesty for thousands (& probably more) but shun a man who took up our cause?!
