I read a lot of posts about folks not watching the news or being involved, because things seem so bad and depressing, etc. And, as someone who is a very sensitive person, I get that completely. However I have read the end of the story. The word of God talks about this, about the unraveling of the world, the decay of mankind’s moral attitude, the deception of the enemy, wars, earthquakes, etc. It’s all in there and it must come to pass before the return of our Savior. I am not depressed though, I am informed and I know how to pray for our world, our country and our leaders. And yes, as Christians, the bible tells us we are supposed to pray for those folks, even if we don’t agree with everything that they do. I am excited, because I believe we are seeing the bible unfold right before our very eyes. I don’t know the day or the hour, but when my Lord comes to take His church home I want to be found faithful, I want to be found living righteously, I want to be taken home right in the midst of doing what it is He has called me to do while on this earth. Let us put away all the things that are distracting us, that are causing us to sin and keeping us from becoming all that the Lord has called us to be. He loves you and He has called you out of the darkness of sin for a purpose. Make Him Lord of your life, let Him transform you completely and use you for His glory. Give the Holy Spirit free reign in your life to get rid of the garbage! This life, this earth, it’s all temporary, don’t be discouraged, be excited, be encouraged, whether by natural death, persecution, execution, or rapture we are all close to seeing our Savior than we have ever been!!!
